Vegan Corn Dogs

Ingredients

• 6 vegetarian hot dogs
• 6 skewers
• 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg substitute
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup soy milk
• 1 tablespoon melted shortening

Directions

1. Skewer hot dogs
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients, put it in a tall container
