Ingredients[]
- ¾ cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
- ¼½ tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 2 cups oil
Directions[]
- Blend first four ingredients on high for 5-10 seconds.
- Slowly dribble in oil.
- Blending for an additional full minute after all the oil has been added.
- Put into a covered container and chill.
