Ingredients[]

  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • ¼½ tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  • 2 cups oil

Directions[]

  1. Blend first four ingredients on high for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Slowly dribble in oil.
  3. Blending for an additional full minute after all the oil has been added.
  4. Put into a covered container and chill.
