  1. In a medium sauce pan melt the margarine.
  2. Once melted, add the flour and whisk together.
  3. Continue to whisk while slowly adding all the soy milk.
  4. When the mixture is free of lumps add the asparagus juice and tips.
  5. Blend everything together until the asparagus is pureed.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
