A cream substitute

Ingredients Edit

  • 500ml concentrated oat milk
  • 100ml oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar

Oat milk can be made using the Oat Milk Recipe in this wiki. Make it using less water than for a normal milk to obtain a creamier milk.

  1. Place milk, salt and vingar in blender.
  2. Turn on the blender and slowly add the oil through the access hole.
  3. Blend till light and creamy, like a single cream.


If regfrigerated you will find that it might tend to seperate, making a thicker cream on top and whey at the bottom. You can then either stir it to recombine or use the thicker cream from the top,
