Ingredients[]
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp cardamom pod
- 1 clove
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3 black peppercorn
- 3/4 cup sugar (or honey to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
- 5 tea bags (I use English Breakfast)
Directions[]
- In a saucepan, bring water, spices, sugar and soy milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove bags, transfer to a pitcher and chill for at least a couple of hours.
