Ingredients[]

  • 1 cup amaranth flour
  • 1½ cup Spelt Flour
  • 1 tablespoon non-alum (gluten-free) baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional)
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 egg whites beaten

Directions[]

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately; beat egg whites.
  2. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  3. Fold in egg whites.
  4. Pour batter into well-oiled 8-inch x 4-inch bread pan bake at 350 °F about 45 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 minutes before removing loaf to rack.
