- Unwseetened soy yoghurt
Directions[]
- Line a strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth, or a large coffee filter
- Place the colander in a larger bowl
- Pour in the yoghurt
- Leave to strain in refrigerator.
- Transfer the strained yoghurt to a container.
NOTE: If using cloth, the cloth edges can be brought together and twisted and a weight of some kind can be placed on top to speed up straining.
